Meet ECHO

Find your dream home
The basics

What We Do

ECHO invests in a portfolio of net-leased commercial properties, leased on a long-term basis to high-quality Early Childhood Education Center (“ECEC”) operators in the United States. Through our ECHO Capital Fund I, LLC we deliver to our partners a steady income stream distributable on a quarterly basis with potential for long-term gain upon disposition of the Properties.

Our Vision

Service & Relationships.

ECHO has developed a pipeline of properties that puts capital to work in the short-term. Following national trends, we believe that ECEC’s are a necessity, have a long-term runway for success and are internet resistant. They provide the foundation for a viable strategy of real estate investments and ownership that is expected to produce steady income and the potential for robust gains in the future.

asset highlights

Net-Leased, High Quality
Early Childhood Education Centers

1. Pipeline of net-leased, single-tenant commercial properties with ECEC tenants under long-term leases.
2. The leases are net leases, whereby the tenant assumes responsibility for maintaining the properties and paying all taxes and insurance costs related thereto.
3. ECECs are generally the recipient of local, state and federal funding either through direct subsidies to operators or families that use their services.
4. We believe that ECECs are a necessity in US society and continue to trend favorably with double income families and those families who otherwise need care for their young children and for school readiness.
5. The targeted properties are typically located in demographically favorable areas for high quality ECEC use.
6. We believe that ECECs are an internet resistant service and have fared favorably after the COVID-19 pandemic.
